SCONE - Race 6 No.12 - HAY STREET - Had weight advantage but beat handy one Kenso then stuck to task well in fast race Randwick when doubt back to 1000m was any help they gapped 4th, winner Compensation won well again.

FLEMINGTON - Race 7 No.13 - AMERICAN WOLF - Won Adelaide Cup then 6-weeks off and took off 800m from home in M’ton Cup (he held on well). Beat Litzdeel here at 2800m in St Leger last year. The overs $17?

2 - 7 - ZARIR - Well back and in traffic M’ton Cup then very good late out wider (action was inside). Ran quite well 2025 Sydney Cup when 6.5L 7th.
3 - 10 - ZAKOUMA - Three brilliant wins this prep from back (won running away all three) then kept closing here latest but that was mostly on-pace race and maybe he was looking for further? Gets that here. Has all the upside.
4 - 1 - CHANGINGOFTHEGUARD - Back to best at huge odds Sydney Cup with blinkers on out to 3200m when led, attacked early yet kept kicking! Set-Weights suits him.
5 - 15 - ALAINGE - Was long way back in that Adelaide Cup and ran well behind American Wolf. Easy win latest and beat Sea What I See which clearly ties in that M’Ton Cup form.
6 - 9 - THE WESTERN FRONT - Only been to staying trip twice and he’s won both, well. Up in class and up to set-weights but can measure up.
