This is Joseph Jones Racing Race Day, where Barb Joseph, Paul & Matt Jones host a sold out luncheon for their owners upstairs. They’ve always got them wound up and ready to win on this day so keep an eye on their runners.

Race 4 #11 Think I DoShe’s going well this mare by So You Think for Barb Jospeh, Paul & Matt Jones. She broke her maiden 2 starts over the mile before being stretched out to 2000m for the first time last start, where she should have won. She gets back to her home track here and can hopefully slot in midfield. If she gets even luck she is a wonderful chance with a double figure quote at time of writing.
Race 6 #1 Brutal EyesMatthew Kelley’s Brutal Eyes has been a picture of consistency this preparation and I think she is beautifully placed here to ad another win to her record. There shouldn’t be a brutal tempo in this, so she should be able to use her inside alley to her advantage. Many of her competitors are either quite out of form, or drawn to get no luck and as such, I’m happy to bet into this mare under apprentice Claire Ramsbotham.
