Live Sport Bible: NRL top-four race, Liverpool-Arsenal clash headline this weekend
Sport Nation • August 29th, 2025 10:33 am

The NZ Warriors can help their cause of securing a top-four finish this season if they manage to defeat Mitchell Moses and the Parramatta Eels at Go Media Stadium - but they would also need the Brisbane Broncos to lose to the North Queensland Cowboys, and the Cronulla Sharks to fall at home against the Newcastle Knights for that to happen by the end of Round 26.
All three matches will be broadcasted live on Sport Nation this weekend, starting with our commentary team of Sam Hewat, Blake Ayshford and Anthony Gelling calling the action from Go Media Stadium this Friday night. While our mates across the ditch at SEN League supply the commentary for the other two.
While AFL takes the week off ahead of the 2025 Finals, the AFLW season continues with two matches.
Plus, our Premier League coverage provided by talkSPORT is headlined by a mammoth clash on Monday morning between Liverpool and Arsenal.
Here is your live sport bible for everything that's on Sport Nation from August 29 through to the morning of September 1 (all times in NZST).
