Do the Broncos lack leaders or are they dodging it?

Today's topic is leadership it’s not hard, but it's not for everyone.
Very much from the outside, the Broncos' best players aren't leaders at this stage and their most prominent man in Adam Reynolds needs some support.
Leadership sessions are easy to facilitate and can help everyone. They should make all players much more aware of being in a playing state whereby you can think outside yourself.
You're not necessarily an official leader, but the team will have so much more capacity to pile into that chemistry, the standards and planning, just to get those things right when you've got the ability to think of them.
Contributing to the plan of the club, the team and the contest is ownership.
When you feel as if you're an owner, the chances of it failing are much lower.
Aspects like, how do we want to train? How do we want to play? How do we want to be with our fans and families? And how do we want to be perceived? Good starting points.
Now that you've all designed that team's blueprint along with the staff, you know everyone can then uphold a part of it that they see lacking somewhere and pull someone into line who's not pulling their weight.
The Broncos absolutely lack senior players, but they have plenty who have played enough to think outside themselves, especially when the pressure's on to improve the club they love.
This is easy stuff. If players love what they're part of, leader-ful teams are what we're after.Do the Broncos want to lead or are they dodging it?
