Blackcaps secure 2027 England white-ball tour as World Cup warm-up

Fresh off their historic Test series triumph in England, the Blackcaps will return to face their old rivals in a five-match ODI series and three T20 internationals in September 2027.
The tour will serve as the team's final major assignment before the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, which begins in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia on October 4.
The three-match T20I series opens in Durham on September 8 (NZ time), before matches in Manchester and Cardiff.

Attention then turns to the 50-over format, with the five-match ODI series beginning at Edgbaston in Birmingham on September 14.
The teams will then meet at Lord's, Bristol, Trent Bridge and Headingley, with the final match scheduled for September 25 - just nine days before the opening match of the World Cup.
New Zealand heads back to England with confidence after claiming a landmark 2-1 Test series victory there in June, their first win in a series of three or more Tests on English soil since 1999.
