Auckland 1476AM to be temporarily off-air from January 5 for maintenance

Auckland's rail network isn't the only thing being switched off during January to allow for necessary changes to be completed.
Sport Nation's 1476AM frequency, along with others in the region, will go off-air from January 5 during the hours of 9.10am and 4.50pm to allow for work to be done on the Henderson mast.
This crucial maintenance is estimated to be completed in 6 days, but it is weather dependent. Sport Nation will communicate any further updates via this page if delays are expected.
But that doesn't mean you have to go without your sports radio in January when there's still plenty of action to talk about.
