Is this it? Why Parker thinks Reynolds will retire

It won't be a bombshell of a retirement but the media release sent out by the Brisbane Broncos has some experts scratching their heads.
What is being announced this afternoon?
Is the club be really supportive of Adam Reynolds' book release or are they anticipating a significant change at the end of next season and want to get ahead of the game for the November 1 open market opportunities?
If you ask Corey Parker and Pat Welsh, it's the latter.
Off the back of winning the Grand Final at the start of this month, the Broncos captain has been asked numerous times if this was it for his career.
He often replied it would all depend on how his body held up during the off-season, but as we approach the window the players to go on the open market, has a decision been reached?
In June this year, Reynolds agreed to a one-year contract extension that would see him go around in 2026, which has Welsh and Parker confident that today we will get a premature retirement announcement.
"The nature of it, the time of year and there’s plenty of leading Australian league players available for discussions," Welsh said on SENQ Breakfast.
"I would suspect this is going to be his last season coming up.
"Having read the book recently (Reynolds' book), he said if he felt good for one more year he would go on.
"The journo in me says this (presser) will be them saying 2026 will be his last season. He will play on through next year and this will be for the club to find clarity."
As for Parker he debated whether the gathering would be to announce 2026 as his last year or if this was already the end.
"A media release has gone out," he said. "When you get one, it’s normally something big. This could be something to do with his book, but there is a release today about an all-in presser.
"There is speculation and talk that maybe this was his last."
Reynolds will speak at Red Hill at 4:45pm (AEDT) this afternoon.
