The Blackcaps head into the final day wounded, but within tantalising reach of a first-Test win against the West Indies at Hagley Oval on Saturday.
The West Indies begin play sitting on 212-4, powered by a superb century by Shai Hope (116no).
Hope has been ably supported by Justin Greaves (55no) as part of a critical 140-run stand by the tourists.

Meanwhile, the Blackcaps attack has been compromised by the loss of both Matt Henry and Nathan Smith, making their task on the final day significantly more challenging, as they chase the final six wickets they need to secure a 1-0 series lead.
